Event Information

Caerphilly on Ice is located at Crescent Road, just opposite Caerphilly Castle, postcode CF83 1AB. You’ll be surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of this historic site, adding to the magical atmosphere of the event.

We’re open from Thursday 20th November 2025, to Sunday 4th January 2026, bringing festive fun throughout the winter season. Please note, we are closed on Christmas Day.

Weekdays: 4 PM – 9 PM

Can i amend my booking

Ice skate session bookings may be amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, using our online self-service portal. Select the “Bookings” button then “Manage my booking” to begin

If you move to a session with a higher ticket price, you will be required to pay the full difference in value.
If you move to a session with a lower ticket price, no refund or credit for the difference will be provided.
Any booking fees connected with the amendment remain the customer’s responsibility.
No amendments are permitted within 48 hours of the booked session.
All amendments are offered at the discretion of Caerphilly On Ice and may be withdrawn at any time.
The Caerphilly On Ice team will not assist with amendments. Customers must use the self-service function.

Is there an entry fee?

No, entry to the main event area is FREE!

Do I need to book in advance?

No, you can pay on the day or book online for ice skating or the Ferris wheel.

Can I hire the ice rink for an event?

Yes! We offer private bookings. Contact us with your event details for more information.
