Q: Can i amend my booking

Ice skate session bookings may be amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, using our online self-service portal. Select the “Bookings” button then “Manage my booking” to beginIf you move to a session with a higher ticket price, you will be required to pay the full difference in value.If you move to a session with a lower ticket price, no refund or credit for the difference will be provided.Any booking fees connected with the amendment remain the customer’s responsibility.No amendments are permitted within 48 hours of the booked session.All amendments are offered at the discretion of Caerphilly On Ice and may be withdrawn at any time.The Caerphilly On Ice team will not assist with amendments. Customers must use the self-service function.

What’s included in your ice skate ticket?

All ice skate tickets grant 1 person (Aged 3+) access to 1 ice skating session on the specified date and time (45 mins on the ice, 15 mins for skate change and safety rules). Skate hire included.

We are pleased to offer exclusive sessions for accessible customers:

Wednesdays at 4pm

Sundays at 11am

We warmly welcome wheelchair users and accessible customers to join us during any of our ice skating sessions, but these exclusive time slots offer an extra level of comfort and accessibility for those who need it.

Is there an entry fee?

No, entry to the main event area is FREE!

Do I need to book in advance?

No, you can pay on the day or book online for ice skating or the Ferris wheel.

Can I hire the ice rink for an event?
